Clicking the SWC icon on the Settings panel appears to do nothing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch application
2. Click the Settings button (launches the Settings property sheet)
3. Click the SWC icon
4. Choose a destination directory to install to
5. Click the Save button to close the Settings panel
6. Navigate to selected destination directory on hard drive

Expected Results:
OpticonConnector.swc written to selected file location

Actual Results:
OpticonConnector.swc IS NOT written to selected file location

Fixed:

Due to a build error, the connector was not included. That error was resolved in the 0.5 release.
